Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Globatify Sdn Bhd (“Globatify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

  • “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing our services.
  • “Services” include training, classroom rentals, exam center bookings, IT support, and eCommerce offerings.
  • “Trainer” refers to individuals providing courses listed on our platform.
  • “Exam Partners” include Pearson VUE, ACCA, Kryterion, and SKM.

3. General Terms

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering or making transactions.
  • Use of our services must comply with Malaysian laws and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion.

4. Training & Course Enrollment

  • Course fees must be paid in full upon registration.
  • Cancellations made at least 5 working days before the start date qualify for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled course.
  • Trainers are responsible for delivering course content as advertised.

5. Classroom Rental Terms

  • Room rentals must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
  • Payments must be completed before the booking date.
  • Additional services such as equipment rental are chargeable and subject to availability.
  • Any damage to property will be the responsibility of the renter.

6. Exam Center Bookings

  • All exam bookings are final and subject to the terms of the respective exam partners.
  • Candidates must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time.
  • Valid identification is required for all exam entries.
  • Refunds or reschedules are subject to the policies of our exam partners.

7. IT Support & Managed Services

  • IT services, including laptop rentals and remote troubleshooting, are provided within a 10km radius of Johor City Centre.
  • Payments must be made before service commencement.
  • Globatify is not responsible for data loss due to IT interventions.

8. eCommerce & Digital Products

  • Digital products (eBooks, software, etc.) are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Users must not distribute, copy, or resell digital products without permission.
  • Physical IT products are subject to warranty and return policies.

9. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment gateways.
  • Trainers will receive payment within 14 days of course completion.
  • If a trainer fails to conduct a session, customers are eligible for a full refund.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Globatify is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service use.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services due to technical issues or maintenance.
  • Users agree to indemnify Globatify against claims arising from misuse of services.

11. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to users violating these Terms.
  • Users may discontinue service use at any time.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Users agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection and use.
  • Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

13. Amendments & Modifications

  • Globatify reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes via our website.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
